This year, AfricArena organized six hybrid events across four regions in Africa, leading up to the annual AfricArena Summit in Cape Town. The Regional Events brought together startups, investors, and corporations from across the region and Africa. Over 20 startups from Africa were selected to pitch at the Johannesburg Event. These events served as semi-final pitch sessions before the Grand Summit on the 3rd and 4th December 2024, in Cape Town.

 

The Europe Summit took place from May 20-25, 2024, in London and Paris. The six-day conference featured pitches from over 20 startups operating across Europe and Africa in specific sectors, from Seed stage to Growth stage, alongside keynotes and panel discussions led by top business, tech, and investment experts in the region.
